Arizona, lumber prices are starting to simmer! Across most products, we are experiencing the beginning signs of price increases. The lumber market is just starting to slowly trend upward.
Arizona Summers are no joke when you work outside in triple digit temperatures all day! A special thanks to our guys in the lumberyard and all of our customers who put in a sizzling hot, hard day of work.
Regardless of the mills futile attempts at curtailments, the lumber markets supply and demand dance continues to achieve a steady balance.
April Housing Starts Up, Permits Down and Builder Confidence Maintains
